3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your Order ID and payment details.

Orders will be processed only after successful receipt of payment.

4. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails, please retry after ensuring the correct payment details are entered.

AltMeds.in is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused due to payment failure arising out of technical issues at the payment gateway or your bank’s end.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

AltMeds.in reserves the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent or made using unauthorized payment methods.

Such cases may be reported to the concerned authorities for further investigation.

6. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after the refund approval.
