2. Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 7 days from the date you received your Goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivery.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods are unused, in their original packaging, and sealed (if applicable).

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Goods made to your specifications or personalized orders.

Goods which deteriorate rapidly or have an expired date.

Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Returning Goods

AltMeds cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be processed once the returned items are received and verified.

Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer upon confirmation of valid account details.
